Well I met with Dr. Rosenbaum and his associate who is also very pleasant but whose name I do not recall. I have been referred to a pediatric thoracic surgeon who will do the procedure sometime in late Winter ’07. I have my initial consultation on the 8th.
As for the age old question, Pig or Plastic? I’ll be getting a bovine (cow) valve to replace my defective one. Which has led to the beginning of the jokes and wise-acre remarks. Well as I will soon quite literally be “Strong as Bull” I figure I’ll list them as they are presented.
- P.C. inquired as to whether it would be ethical to eat beef after the procedure.
