My Ties with Lunch: Jan. 25, 2013

I like neckties and I try to wear one every day. Lets see if I can make a swing through my entire collection.

The tie of the day is a Bruno Piattelli red and navy striped…BOW TIE! Yes the BOW TIE makes it’s first appearance in the My Ties With Lunch Series. I have been wearing bow ties for a couple years now. It started when I bought a tuxedo shirt to wear to work on the last day of the year. The first time I wore it I used a clip-on tie. (I know…the SHAME!) But I dedicated myself to A) Finding a bow tie large enough to wrap around my neck and B) Learning to tie the bow tie knot. Which, as it turns out, is pretty much how I tie my shoes.

And Classic Bow Tie is the knot of the day.
